Instructions for safe work with wire brushes

Choose the right type of brush.
Before fixing the brush in the machine, perform a visual inspection to ensure that the brush is not damaged in any way.
Screw on the brush and tighten it well.
If damaged or heavily worn, use a new brush.
Check the diameter and maximum revolutions on the brush and on the angle grinder or other device in which the brush is clamped.
Set the correct machine speed.
Secure the processed material well.
Unplug the angle grinder from the power source before changing the brush.
The diameter of the hole (thread of the clamping nut) of the brush for mounting must agree with the diameter of the shaft (thread) on which it is mounted.
Both flanges (threads) must be properly cleaned on the contact surfaces before fixing the brush
Do not use brushes that show imbalance or side throw.
Do not use damaged brushes.

Always use safety glasses with side shields.
A large amount of dust is generated when working with brushes, so protect your respiratory tract with a respirator.
Also use other prescribed protective equipment.

The peripheral speed and revolutions must not exceed the prescribed maximum peripheral speed.
Damaged, incorrectly attached or incorrectly used brushes are a source of great danger.
The brush is only developed for cleaning and deburring, so do not use it for sanding materials.
